Welcome to Just Home Service!

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website (https://justhomeservice.com), mobile application, and service offerings. By accessing or booking any service, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Offered

Just Home Service provides home maintenance and improvement services through verified service partners. These include, but are not limited to:

Electrical, plumbing, carpentry
Appliance repairs (AC, RO, washing machine, etc.)
House cleaning and pest control
Interior work, painting, POP, CCTV installation
Men’s grooming at home

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website, mobile app, or official helpline.
Service charges are estimated during booking. Final payment may vary based on the actual work.
Payment can be made online or in cash after service completion.

3. Appointment Cancellation Policy

If a customer cancels the appointment after the service partner has visited the location, a fee of ₹150 will be charged to cover the cost of the visit.
Cancellation before partner dispatch will not incur any charges.

4. Partner Verification & Liability

All service partners are background-verified and trained by Just Home Service.
Just Home Service is not responsible for any direct damage or loss due to misuse or negligence by a service partner. However, we will support dispute resolution to the best of our capacity.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate booking details including location, contact information, and service requirements.
Ensure the safety of service professionals during visits.
Avoid last-minute cancellations unless necessary.

6. Service Guarantee

We strive to offer 100% satisfaction with all services.
If you are not satisfied, contact our support within 24 hours of service completion. We will review and resolve your concern appropriately.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Misuse our website or app in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent
Impersonate Just Home Service or misuse the branding
Try to bypass our system to contact service professionals directly

8. Modifications

Just Home Service reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
